Executive Development is a means by which companies
develop key people within their organisation to support them in improving the effectiveness of their work performance and in reaching their potential.
Focusing on an individual, Executive Development is usually
a relatively short term intervention which helps the person
to develop their skills and knowledge so that their job
performance improves, leading to the greater achievement
of organisational objectives.
For Executive Development to work best there needs to be two conditions present:
A gap between desired performance and current performance level
The individual is open to explore and discover different options
